In order to maintain the highest level of service, when you are purchasing courses, healing or services from me I ask you accept these terms and conditions before you proceed with payment.

It is being provided to educate you about how to take care of your body and as a self-help tool for your own use so that you can reach your own health goals. It is not intended to treat or cure any specific illness and is not to replace the guidance provided by your own medical practitioner. This information is to be used at your own risk based on your own judgment. If you suspect you have a medical problem, we urge you to take appropriate action by seeking medical attention.

• I understand that I take full responsibility for the choices, effort and actions taken within this course and services.  I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy.
• I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Zoom and other technology.
• I agree to pay the represented fees for the service as per this course. 
• I understand that if I am unhappy with the service I must reach out to Darlene to see if an agreeement can be made and payment can me used towards other courses or coaching, but that these fees are non-refundable.
